and I am remembering when my little one came to work with me in Team Resources. He did not interview anyone, but he joined me for lunch, directly across the street from his pre school. Creating confident kids means keeping them safe so that they can learn. What are we teaching Florida kids?

DCF Celebrates National Foster Care Month
TALLAHASSEE—The Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) and its community partners have joined together to recognize and celebrate foster families and those who support them during National Foster Care Month.
“When you choose to invest in and enhance the lives of children and youth currently in foster care, you are giving them an opportunity to be successful; ultimately strengthening our communities,” DCF Secretary Mike Carroll said. “Opening your heart and home to a child in a time of critical need is one of the most rewarding roles you can fulfill within your community.”
There are nearly 25,000 children currently in foster care in Florida. Each child needs love, security, and a strong foundation to build their life around. Foster parents change lives and offer hope to children who have been removed from their homes because they have experienced abuse or neglect and cannot safely remain with their parents.
“I so appreciate DCF ensuring children are removed from dangerous and critical situations,” President and CEO of Florida Baptist Children’s Homes and One More Child, Dr. Jerry Haag said. “We continue to work to meet the desperate need for more foster parents to care for children who are broken physically and/or emotionally and for children who just need a safe space to call home. All children are a joy-filled promise of hope who are worthy and deserving of our greatest efforts.
In partnership with DCF, Florida’s community-based care (CBC) lead and provider agencies, work to recruit, license, and match children in need of foster homes. These organizations also provide numerous services based on the unique needs of children and parents in their communities, including health care, mental and behavioral health services, education, training, and other supplementary services.
“Florida’s foster parents play a vital role in the lives of the children we serve and are a testament to the investment our communities are making in ensuring every child in Florida is in a safe and loving home,” said Florida Coalition for Children CEO Kurt Kelly. “However, as we celebrate these thousands of generous families, we must also remember there are still thousands of children in need throughout the state. We hope by sharing the joy fostering can bring into a home, many more families will step forward.”

I am moved to tears. Late morning, I knew the "angels listening" guided me to the CURE hospital where I could be reminded me of the foundation for my coaching practice called inspire well-being!
For those of you who recall, the foundation for inspire well-being! was the Serenity Prayer. God grant me the serenity to accept the things that I cannot change, the courage to change the things that I can and the wisdom "to know" the difference.
To know the difference to to remember why I left the field of behavioral health care for coaching, it was because the State of Florida funding limited reimbursement for mental health services to four areas: living or environment, learning or school/education, vocational or work and socialization and recreation. However they did not include two very important areas, at least to me which is physical and spiritual.
As a trainer for Medicaid Certification, I provided training all day long for three days, followed up by quarterly or seasonal training. I helped "case workers" to learn to bill Medicaid insurance for their services for larger non profit companies. These services did not measure success on the number of miles someone walked or ran, or the pounds lifted, or even the number of pounds lost or muscle gained. Nor did they bill for someone's spiritual growth. Instead, our training consisted of measuring progress in other ways.
CURE hospital foundation includes the spiritual and physical needs of patients and in this environment where prayer is a foundation, patients are welcomed as they are and families are able to pray for healing and health. The angels that helped me "to know" the difference is that the difference is "me". I am different and that's what makes me so special.
These videos and others on You Tube really make you think about why Florida is in the business of selling kids. Foster care, dependency cases, they are like an underground slavery system and without immediate education and changes in legislation and laws, we are allowing ISIS in and we are saying that terrorism is in. I don't know about you, but I am NOT okay with the state of Florida taking my son based upon the false petition created by my business competition and I want him back more than I want anything.
Perhaps the governor that I worked for in 1999-2001 saw things differently. It's not for me to say, but what I am certain of is that when I lived in GA and in NY I did not witness what I have witnessed here in Florida is that their is a significant amount of discrimination and it must end in order to end slavery and trafficking. It used to be that mandated reporting is in the hands of licensed professionals, and that someone would need to have a significant number of reasons as to why they would have been separated from their child, but in 2013 - 2018, Florida has used statements from individuals that is NOT truth and NOT factual and in fact contradicts medical reports.
I believe that their is a CURE and I believe that a cure exists for this emergency which is human trafficking and fraud and it's called identity restoration. In a book I read almost a year and a half ago, the author spoke of your identity restoration in God. Identity restoration in God for me includes finding the CURE and recognizing, I never was alone, God was always there. Being different doesn't mean that you are alone, being different means that you believe differently because it's your life purpose to live by your own set of values, if you have not set them, maybe you should. When we discuss our personal values with others, it can help us to identify if you are surrounding yourself with others who value the same things as you.
What I have learned from Florida is that they value your kids, sometimes, they may impose that they value them more than you. Do not ever doubt that in other states a state insurance plan does not give the state permission to take your child out of your hands.
I have had to entrust that our lives are in God's hands. October 17. 2013 - when? I prayed that God would not ever allow this to happen to another mother and child again, when it happened to me and my son. But as of today, Identity fraud and theft needs a cure.
I believe we need a LOT less managers of our lives managing cases and for parents and children to be afforded the God given gift of raising their children together. I believe that it's time for a reinstatement of family law because that's how you end terrorism. That's why lawyers go to school to practice law, NOT for the state of Florida dependency system to assign a case worker from a non profit agency to write a plan based upon a false petition and false allegation and then mandate action steps known as the family action network. That DOES NOT WORK. That is terrorism. Case workers are from the generations ago, out with the old and out with the poverty consciousness. With a President as rich as President Trump our country cannot afford to eliminate the middle class, because the bridge for that gap is the justice system. That's NOT playing to win! In a video which can be seen at www.soultravelclub.weebly.com you see that the family action network or human trafficking leads to hopelessness.
On the PRESS page, you see a motion which is for $65 B kids. This state of Florida budget which largely includes mental health services has denied residents help for computer invasion and identity fraud and health care fraud for too long. It's time for a new state of Florida health which protects and not destroys our children and families. I am not alone.
and today is Forrest's last day of fourth grade. I spent the entire elementary years requesting permission to see my own son. However, when he was in my belly, we listened to Snatam Kaur and I did prenatal yoga. This music harmonizes the body, mind and spirit. On behalf of Florida's children, I am praying today for harmony.
and her inspiring message about helping others including millennial's to fulfill their life purpose. It's about knowing why you are here and being able to fulfill their life purpose. There are books, coaches, courses, videos and mentors including parents that help you to navigate your course. Some help you by opening doors for you, or closing doors for you. Others help you by standing in your way making your road so difficult that you must find a new path. Trust your intuition and listen to your inner voice as it guides you to what is right for you; This includes relationships and environments.
There are inspiring messages that lift us up like this one from Lisa Bevere from Christ Fellowship in South Florida. This powerful church home community is in many cities in South Florida spreading the message of Jesus. You can FEEL the love and you can FEEL the empowerment and inspiration when the congregation welcomes you with passion and compassion to join a cause of helping others to fulfill their destiny. As you become the man or woman that you are destined to be, you give others permission to do the same.
Our Deepest Fear
By Marianne Williamson
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness
That most frightens us.
We ask ourselves
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small
Does not serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking
So that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine,
As children do.
We were born to make manifest
The glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us;
It's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine,
We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we're liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.
Note: This inspiring quote is taken from Marianne Williamson's book A Return to Love.
I am so grateful for my health and wellness coaching certification through Circle of Life Coaching and for my one to one training with Rebecca Mc Lean. Both Rebecca and Roger have brought immense changes into my life when "stuck" their are so many ways to move forward. Coaching and Tai Chi and two of my favorites. I am fortunate to have trained in Atlanta, and Wisconsin and Santa Barbara, CA with these two great leaders in natural healthcare.
What a wonderful place to learn, from two of life's greatest teachers.

and I am reminded of my coaching work with well women in Clearwater.
send this video up with prayers for the women and children in Florida and in the world who need identity restoration, who need their children; and I send up prayers for our education system, and most importantly I surrender my intention to end human trafficking in Florida "for a friend".
My research has ended. My business, inspire well-being was founded on the serenity prayer. God grant me the serenity to accept the things that I cannot change, the courage to change the things that I can and the wisdom to know the difference. Elizabeth, at half mast.
from Clearwater, Florida where I attend local services for praying and praising God. Yesterday, I had a member ask the church congregation how we are using our God given gifts? I thought about his question for a long time because this is a frequent coaching topic that usually falls under life purpose. God given gifts can be a number of different things including the fruits of the Holy Spirit. Galatians 5:22-23 New International Version (NIV)22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
Today, following service a member inquired with me what was stopping me from teaching, which is one of my gifts, the law he asked? He asked me this after he inquired if I had my identity returned. As a mom, I will not consider my identity restored until my son is returned. I wonder if other mom's in Florida are experiencing the same feeling. Identity theft does not always come in the form of separating a mother and a child, although that is a BIG form of theft, it can also come in the form of taking business and personal property using computer invasion. Computer invasion is a "break in" if you will, into one's personal and business information. This is a true problem in Florida, (see press page) that requires communities to come together. Supporting each other during times of theft can come in many different ways.
Identity restoration for some means financial restoration, for others it is removing discrimination and/or defamation of character. These statements are ways to end human and sex trafficking which is also number 1 in Florida because if women and children are not provided police support and protection from the justice system, they can wind up in harmful situations that are defined as trafficking.
In my personal experience this has formerly been known as prostituting women and children. Denying women protection, and denying women and children their rights, hypnotizing people without consent to perform acts of any kind is something that the state of Florida must be cautious of. As a parent who has been a victim of human trafficking, I assure you that the goal included taking identification and money including child support away from the child.
Today, in the community of Clearwater, I got to see Christ in Clearwater. Meaning, I saw a community come together on behalf of a child. It was great to see God use a challenging situation for the greater good. If this same community reads the PRESS page to identify that women in leadership and healthcare positions have been hypnotized out of their careers and some women have fled the state to protect their children or themselves, that Clearwater and St. Petersburg and the surrounding communities can do a great job to meet the immediate needs but the long term solution must include stopping children from being taken without justification. Until a law is changed that stops false petitions from taking children, women and children are at risk for communism and terrorism. Not changing the law is the law that prevents women from working in their chosen profession in some women's lives like mine, it's higher education.
What are we teaching our children if our educated teachers are trafficked out of their careers and out of their child's lives by the police station?
It's time to end human and sex trafficking and demand that we are not being held accountable for the criminal actions of others.
When a summer student informed me in middle school that she wanted to end human trafficking for a friend I agreed with her. Then I became a victim myself of business identity theft and fraud, and that's how human and sex trafficking begins. These are economic crimes from the economic crimes divisions in the police stations. They are considered an internal affair and must be reported as such. In order to be the number one problem in Florida it must be addressed at the basis of the law and why is it that computer stalking and invasion is against the law, but those who have committed the crime have not been held accountable?
To the students of Largo Middle School who stated their intentions, I encourage you to continue to further your research using the Hay House Publishing Company, which is where your coaching text came from. Live in a community that allows you to be a mom or dad, teacher, student and to use your God given gifts to fulfill your life purpose and potential.
If you request help for stalking and computer invasion and the police state your complaints are "imaginary and in your head and you have mental health issues" and seven insurance companies conclude that someone is out to get you and that your identity fraud and theft is on-going... then chances are you are living in a JWB funded community where individuals are made to feel hopeless by mental health discrimination and from being separated from their children. These are acts of taking away power from parents by taking away children and taking away the rights of parents and children. Last I knew the United States of America and Florida are free country and a free state. Do not discriminate. This is where hate comes from and on behalf of the education system and the hate crimes we must stop the hate.

Matthew 7:15-20 New International Version (NIV)True and False Prophets15 “Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. 16 By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? 17 Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.
and I am praying for those youth and parents and teachers and families who are grieving. I hope you will listen for the messages and communication from your loved ones who are still in your heart. This song is for you. I am praying for global peace.
in memory of those we have lost in the recent school shootings in Florida. I am still grieving with you. I believe this may help you too. Sending heartfelt prayers, homage and unconditional love for each one of you.
and I am remembering my son stating, "I have a dream that my mommy won't put me in time out." It was Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, pre kindergarten. Today, I am a woman who speaks up when others are silent. I cast light in dark places and I refuse to be silence and fearful as I brave through terrorism. Thank you to Tim Cook for giving me inspiration that lights the darkness.
"If you hope to change the world, you must find your fearlessness." ...it means knowing that you reveal your character when you stand apart more than when you stand with the crowd. If you step up without fear of failure, if you talk and listen to each other without rejection. If you act with decency and kindness, even when no one is looking even if it seems small and inconsequential the rest will fall into place. More importantly you will be able to tackle the big things when they come your way.
t's in those truly trying moments that the fearless inspire us. Fearless like the students of Parkland Florida who refuse to be silent about the epidemic of gun violence and have rallied millions to their cause.
Fearless like the women who say me too and times up, women who cast light into dark places and move us to a more equal and just future.
and I am thankful to God for giving me inspiration during the times of "hopelessness". I ask myself over and over again how is it that an entire juvenile government system can be operating from a place of hopelessness?
Is it because we are as a state allowing police officers to e-mail threats and use computer invasion and terrorism to take children? My guess is yes.
I am acknowledging that when children and mother's are separated by sister's, aunts, brothers, uncles and business competition, that they also look into my son's eyes and see God, but they may not be looking in the mirror to see God.
God is love. I thank God for my belov-ed! collection where there is always love.
It's September 2013, and I am sitting in the office in the back of the kindergarten classroom. As the kindergarten teacher teaches, one by one his classmates come climb up into the chair beside me and begin to read. Some read better than others and some do not read at all. Then, last but not least the final student is y son. With great big hazel eyes, he looks up into my bright eyes and states, "My teacher says I am at a third grade reading level and I get to read any book I want." That's how disciplined we were in our ability to patiently await our together time. September 2013. After all of the other students, then my own student.
Today, it's May 15, 2018, the last couple weeks of fourth grade. I have not seen any of my son's classmates since mid October 2013. I missed every field trip, summer vacation, birthday and holiday. That's because of terrorism.
Today, I am not asking, I am not filing a motion, I am begging. I am begging you, my reader to help me to get to my son. I have given everything, my heart, my home, my career, my family, my Honda and our kitten up because of terrorism.
I ask this in the Lord's Holy name. Take me to my son.
verb: beg; 3rd person present: begs; past tense: begged; past participle: begged; gerund or present participle: begging
When a participant shared with me that she wanted to "end human trafficking for a friend" I nodded and I had to admit to myself, back in 2013, I didn't even know what human trafficking was.
Today, approaching summer 2018, exactly five years later... I am a survivor of human trafficking. When my son and me were separated, I decided to PRAY BIG!! My prayers were not just for the young participant in my inspired kids! middle school coaching class June - July 2013. My prayers were that if my son and me had to be separated by the sixth circuit courtroom, based upon a false petition, that this crime would not happen to another child again. And I pray daily, including today. I pray many times per day AND I take action steps.
Today, concluded a five year period of research trying to identity those who used identity theft and fraud and computer invasion to take my personal finances and information, at the same time as taking my son.
So the young middle school child who wanted to end human trafficking for a friend, is of high school age now or perhaps even graduating this year. I don't even recall her name or school, but I do know a few things for students.
1. Console your heart with music, prayers, friendships and the arts.
2. Recognize that their are businesses who are in place to finance human trafficking using programs and that we may never END human trafficking because it holds a value to some.
3. A good choice is to avoid sharing with any community mental health provider what is happening in your life because if anyone, (and as of today, it's still anyone can submit information about you to the state of Florida and separate a child and parent). In most states, these reports hold no validity unless they come from a trusted licensed professional who is risking putting their state licensure on the line with their concerns. This form of mandated reporting helps to avoid long cases of human trafficking.
4. Other pathways to human trafficking are fraud and criminal convictions. These types of crimes are use of someone's personal information to put them into the justice system and in most cases this is a tactic used by an attorney, often times a state attorney to build a forensic case. This means that they are putting the person into the criminal justice system. They do so to make the judge have a reason for taking their child from them, when in reality, this is just political maneuvering or domestic terrorism. In some cases, it's even career terrorism.
5. Thank you to the youth who featured me in the school newspaper following a great class. A small class of only five. But do not ever under estimate the power that a small group has in changing the way the world. To some, who are court ordered into the mental health system, there is human trafficking. For others, there is identity fraud and theft. An ideal court system will dismiss false petitions used against children and parents by their families, business competition or ex boyfriends, friends etc... by investigating accusations and taking insurance company reports into consideration. Information on the PRESS page will help you to see additional information. Because Florida lacks a family law justice system for children, Florida ranks #1 in fraud and identity theft and human trafficking. Until youth and parents speak up and fight for freedom, nothing changes. There is a very large network of mental health providers in Pinellas County who are financially benefitting from persons being criminalized in the case management system.
6. As a former state of Florida Medicaid certifying trainer for case managers, I am a survivor of trafficking because of who I am. I am just like the "friend" who survived as well. The answers to end human trafficking come when those persons who are in positions of management and leadership change DCF policies and statutes which have allowed for mental health abuse through court order. In my particular case, following the states plan resulted in computer invasion, and business identity theft and fraud. These are times when I rely solely on God. I know the angels are listening. I believe that in the first five years of his life, my son learned that in the public school system, he was at risk for the state believing that they valued him more than his mother. Of course, this is NOT true, as his mother I believe we are meant to be together.
These are good times for parents to take action to prevent human trafficking and sex trafficking of their children. To sign a petition to stop the on-going abuse of women and children in the justice system you can visit www.inmateslivesmatter.net ....caution the video contains highly sensitive content that is truth and implies that we must come together to end the female discrimination which is taking place in the justice system. Please share this with your school PTA and faculty. Because I facilitated a youth coaching course for kids, I spent five years studying the impact of the Florida school and after school system.
....Take action for our children. Freedom from discrimination is worth fighting for. Speak and find a trusted friend or partner that you can have to watch over you so if something happens, they will know you need help. If you can't speak, have them help you. There are individuals who are hypnotizing children and parents to "not speak" while committing human and sex trafficking and fraud. If this should happen to you, where will you turn for justice? Turn to a trusted friend, insurance agent, physician, parent, or child. Just be aware, if you speak to a hospital physician, or police officer "what you say can and will be used against you in the court of law"
I know that communities are forming to help support one another, but for each of these communities there are persons who are trying to exercise their power over others. The entire system is flawed and must be re designed to eliminate discrimination. I am fortunate that I lived in a safe place in Georgia where they are very pro active in responding to women and children who are seeking protection from stalking and computer invasion. What this does is eliminates the belief that it's okay to hurt someone using these forms or harassment. You are in my prayers for freedom and financial abundance.
it was winter season 2016 and I was surrounded by women, but in my heart came a vision. Inspir-ed! by the ministry of the Tim Tebow Foundation and his book Shaken, I designed inspir-ed! active wear and lounge wear and inspir-ed! home. Today, on Mother's day I am thankful to God for a safe place to stay, right in the heart of God.
Happy Mother's Day!
and admiring her work with children, inspiring peace using mantras. I believe the arts are best utilized to support children since there is no conversation required. These times when children are at risk means that strangers who question children can put parents at risk for being separated from their children for the financial gain of someone else. As you can see here in this video, there is peace. In the community that separated my son and me, they used hypnotism so I could not speak. I was literally hypnotized to "not speak" and then the tribe referred me to a Dr. who authored books on selected mutism and PTSD for children. This crime occurred during my partnership with Coordinated Child Care and the Y of the Suncoast and Largo Middle School.
There is no coincidence that I was writing a book called Amazing Grace about the hypnotists. I was writing a children's book on how a girl survived child abuse. I had a publisher and a publishing company. Thank you God for my earlier work at the Y Clearwater and Morton Plant Hospital with "well women" vs. the cocaine addicted women. My earlier work allowed me to provide women with inspiration, hope, love and faith in God. Supporting physicians who treat symptoms created by their referral sources mean that parents must be extremely careful who they are leasing office space from because in my case, I leased office space to a tribe of identity thieves who considered my time with them training for their business in the school system, which is to defer any interference of God's work through me on behalf of the children.
Winter season 2016, spent the holidays in a small town of 10,000 people in a safe house in GA. It was my third holiday season without my son, friends or family. My intensive research with six to seven insurance companies was actually more work than obtaining my Master of Arts degree from University of South Florida.
It was during this winter season, a coach and football player whom I had never heard of before brought me comfort in their passion for children and for their combination of physical and spiritual strength, uses this combination as a driver for achieving results from our higher power within. I spent days listening to You Tube videos including A Night to Shine videos and even a few football highlights. But what moved me, was Coach Craig Howard. It was as though he came to me, like an angel and brought the light of God into my soul. Timmy describes him best in the statement below:
"The thing that he never lost sight of in our entire relationships was, it's more than just a game, these kids are more than just x's and o's, they mattered, they were significant and we are going to take on life with character, strength and honor and that no moment was ever bigger than the kids." Tim Tebow on Coach Craig Howard
Heart connectors connect people to God within. Sometimes it can be in two words. You matter.
Coaches matter. Children matter. Choose your children's coaches wisely.
with heart felt tears and uncontrollable laughter at how God has filled this man's soul with a power that tranforms peoples lives and businesses by branding their higher power within. What a gift to be shared. Thank you PSCU Financial Services for your research and video which helped me to find him. God within.

I attended USF for a semester in the early 1990's and I weighed in over 200 lbs. I was tanned and sun shined. It took time for my inner sunshine to become evident on the outside. You would never believe the difference in my before 1991 jr. year photos to my 2003 graduation photos. The difference is the serenity prayer and this is the foundation for inspire well-being!
As a manager of behavioral health case management, director and trainer, I moved towards a career in leadership and my first wellness leader was Dr. Michael Clark. It is because of USF's beautiful Tampa campus wellness center and the cute little mini one in St. Pete that I moved my body and my mind together to obtain amazing results. It's not just researching it's the application of our research that counts.
One of my best memories on the USF campus is rollerblading along side the St. Pete campus on the waterfront on Christmas Eve 2000. Above me flew a small plane with a trail behind it which stated, "will you marry me?" that evening at the Lobster Pot on St. Pete Beach, Robbie Nelson proposed to me and I said, "yes".
CEO, National Academy of Sports Medicine. NASM trainers inspire globally with leadership. Everyday activities from carrying groceries, getting in and out of the car, picking up and playing with your kids or pets... all of these things are easier when you understand your body, breath work and how to move your body while breathing in and out. Thank you to Dr. Michael Clark and Lifestyle Family Fitness for a great education partnership which has allowed me to support others with exercise goal setting and attainment since 2004.
This coursework includes a small section on nutrition which inspired me to continue to study low glycemic nutrition. Taking time to prioritize exercise and nutrition can be a lifestyle change for some! For me it's all about flexibility, strength and power. The moment you begin to learn that you need all three daily, you begin to realize you can live life more fully by incorporating exercise into your life.
Approximately five years after obtaining my NASM certification, I heard my son say carbohydrate. It's great to teach others what we need most. Thank you Dr. Michael Clark and your education team for your leadership and lifestyle.
if you ever were inside a Lifestyle Family Fitness than perhaps you experienced what I experienced. Movement. I moved from being NEW! a new trainer with Master of Arts degree from USF, out-going in every life area, except sales of personal training. Thanks so much to Neil and Michael Miller, my boss and trainer for helping me transition from student to trainer. I still drive by the Largo and fourth street locations with gratitude for 1. My NASM discount and 2. my first CPT sessions and position. Career transitioning from behavioral health management to wellness leadership took one experience a CPT course followed by life long learning. With gratitude to my study partners, my leaders and teachers. Who knew my CPT training would help me achieve a goal of leaving the city for a home on the beach?

I brought a collection of paper, magazines, art supplies including beads and markers. Ann, the Personal Training Director for all Shapes was the only one whose artwork was three dimensional. As I watched her lead with dimension, I relocated my personal training business and home from the city of St. Petersburg to Largo, where I helped to open the Largo Shapes, previously located on Missouri Avenue in Clearwater. With gratitude to Ann Gilbert for great leadership and for providing the most creative space for our inner creative potential to develop including Simple Shape Up group personal training for women. Thank you to Shapes owners for women's fitness leadership where I worked as both a certified personal trainer and hatha vinyasa yoga instructor. Peace and well-being! to your NEW franchise owners.
I am part author, speaker, teacher and student and I am all mom. What I enjoy most about teaching and speaking is looking into the audience and seeing a reflection of God. I am Elizabeth and my name means "consecrated to God". I have been writing since elementary school. I am a highly sensitive em-path, which means I often feel the experiences of others so much that I have to be careful about my environments, relationships and friendships because there are times when sensitive people turn to addictions to cope with their sensitivity. I have learned over the years how to train my spirit, mind and body and I believe that the arts are an amazing creative outlet to express empathy. Caring without co dependency. Meditation, fitness and art help me to preserve my child like consciousness that manifests solutions where there are needs.
